My Happy Happy News About Monster Treehouse Club

So I was recently approached by a company to help design and fabricate prototypes of children’s hoodies, based on their characters. I was more than happy, I was jumping up and down, almost peeing my pants, excited.  Not only do I get to utilize the creativity stuffed into the squishy pillow in my skull…I get to use my awesomely fabulous serger and chaotically acquired sewing skills!!! This will hopefully help my artistry and customer base increase! I am flattered that they even considered me, but so very delighted to attack this project with everything that I have in me. I hope you all check them out as well! Not just to eventually see MY fabulous work, but to honestly give them a chance to enchant your own children, nieces, nephews, grandkids, friends, kids, ANY kid!!! My first post 2.0

So below is my first entry. It made friends and family raise eyebrows and question my motives. Please know, I’m a smart ass. I write all of this in the anonymity and safety of my couch and bed and occasionally my desk. Grains of salt people. I do not condone or approve of binge drinking, underage drinking or dependency upon any chemical. If you have a problem, get some help. If you’re recovering, then my tutorials can help you…instead of drinking, craft! No apologies…

 

(Here’s to you, here’s to me…) Fuck you, here’s to me. So I’m a nutty, out of the box thinking, crafter. I have kids to dictate to, a husband to cater to, and a house I occasionally find time to clean. I’m not a heavy drinker, but especially love to craft after kids go to bed and that alone calls for a little drinky drinky! My beverage of choice is a pork chop in a bottle. Yeap. Guinness is the stuff that gets my creative juices flowing. So follow along as I show you my craftiness with some mishaps and shenanigans.
